Alumni Hari Raghavan (MMS 99-01 batch) was honoured by the President of India on 3rd December -World Disability Day. IBM, where he is currently a Solutions Specialist, had nominated him for this award.

Nishant Kaushik (Alumnus, 2006 batch), made his literary debut with the novel 'Watch Out! We are MBA' in 2008. Nishant is currently with Infosys Technologies Ltd as consultant. Spandan brings you excerpts from an email interview with Nishant, whose second book 'Romance with Chaos' has recently been released.
The Annual Mumbai Alumni Meet, held in B J Hall on 5th of December 2009, was attended by as many as 280 alumni. One of the highlights of this year's Mumbai meet was the felicitation of the Batch of 1986 on the Silver Jubilee of their association with NMIMS.
NMIMS has always been known for incubating innovative techniques that upgrade the standard of its academic system. It has now ventured into a new realm: it is the first deemed to be university to conduct an “ONLINE'' entrance test, viz. the NMAT, for MBA, part time MBA and Ph.D. aspirants.
