Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management, NMIMS University, Mumbai successfully organised its annual flagship business event INSPIRUS on November, 8th 2019. The event was held at Novotel Hotel, Juhu, Mumbai with a large gathering of students and organisers.
Dr. Ramesh Bhat – Provost, Management Education & Dean-School of Business Management, Prof. Seema Mahajan – Director, Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management and faculty members along with the guests were present during the event. Dr. Bhat and Prof. Mahajan launched the magazine FILIA-3.0.
This year eminent speakers and panelists deliberated on the theme ‘Start-up vs Family Business Management’. Guests from diverse fraternities discussed contemporary issues in start-ups and entrepreneurship that revolved around branding of new & traditional products, scaling family businesses in real estate, technology and manufacturing space, scope & challenges of start-ups in social entrepreneurship, experiments in non-contemporary business avenues such as health & nutrition start-ups and designer merchandising. The panel was moderated by Mr. R Raj Kaushal – Writer, Director & Producer.
