SVKM’s NMIMS Sarla Anil Modi School of Economics (SAMSOE) recently hosted the 4th edition of its much-awaited annual cultural festival Elysium, celebrating creativity, entrepreneurship, and student life in full spirit. Organized by Elcity – The Fine Arts Club of SAMSOE, the fest transformed the Mithibai venue into a vibrant space of colours, flavours, and artistic expression. Students from over ten colleges participated, making it one of the most engaging intercollegiate fests in Mumbai.
A Day Full of Colours, Creativity, and Campus Energy
Elysium 2025 celebrated art, food, and culture through 35 lively stalls managed by SVKM’s NMIMS students. The event offered everything from chaat, gola, and ramen to corndogs, desserts, and handmade crafts. Art enthusiasts explored booths for face painting, thumb painting, poster making, and more. Jewellery and sticker stalls drew constant crowds, while the photobooth became the perfect corner for students to capture their Elysium memories.
The atmosphere reflected the true energy of SVKM’s NMIMS Mumbai, filled with laughter, collaboration, and creative exploration. Each stall embodied the entrepreneurial drive of students, turning the festival into a living example of experiential learning beyond the classroom.
Empowering Young Entrepreneurs at SVKM’s NMIMS
Elysium went beyond being a cultural event; it became a launchpad for student innovation and entrepreneurship. Participants learned vital lessons in marketing, management, teamwork, and customer engagement by running their own stalls. Many were left inspired to pursue independent ventures, proving how SVKM’s NMIMS nurtures leaders ready to think differently.
The event received immense appreciation from faculty and students alike, reinforcing SAMSOE’s commitment to holistic education and student-led innovation. Elysium once again proved that creativity, collaboration, and courage form the true essence of SVKM’s NMIMS.
