Mehta School of Law (KPMSoL), Mumbai, is proud to announce the international academic achievements of Ms. Shraddha Pandit, Assistant Professor of Law and Ph.D. Candidate, who has recently been invited as a speaker and had her research selected for publication at global platforms.
Distinguished Guest Lecture at Middlesex University, Mauritius
Ms. Pandit was invited as a Guest Lecturer at Middlesex University, Mauritius, where she delivered a virtual session on “Gender, Justice and Inclusivity in Law and Media” on 2nd March 2026. The lecture, hosted by Mr. Neel Raamandarsingh Purmah, Lecturer in Law, provided an insightful exploration of the relationship between gender, legal systems, and media narratives across India, Mauritius, and the global landscape.
International Research Recognition at ETLTC2026 Conference Series
In addition to this academic engagement, Ms. Pandit also participated in the ETLTC2026 Conference Series, jointly hosted by Jindal Global Law School, India, and Aizu University, Japan, held from 19th to 25th January 2026. She presented her research titled “Empirical research lines: The Jurisprudence of Gender & AI in the workplace with special focus on the Asia-Pacific region.”
The paper, closely aligned with her doctoral research, has been selected for publication in MDPI Engineering Proceedings, a Scopus-indexed publication route, with the indexing expected in August 2026.
Speaking on the achievement, the leadership at NMIMS KPMSoL congratulated Ms. Pandit for her strong commitment to research in emerging areas such as gender justice, legal frameworks, and artificial intelligence.
