SVKM’s NMIMS hosted a grand convocation for the Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management (PDSE & FBM), celebrating the achievements of its graduating cohort. The event marked a significant milestone in the students’ journeys and brought together graduates, parents, faculty, and industry leaders in a moment of pride and reflection. The ceremony commenced with a majestic welcome, highlighted by a ceremonial police band that set the tone for the day. Senior leadership, headed by Dr. Meena Chintamaneni, Vice Chancellor, and Prof. Seema Mahajan, Pro-Vice Chancellor & Director of the Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management (PDSE & FBM), along with esteemed faculty and academic heads, were present to honour the accomplishments of the graduating batch.
Spanning two memorable days, the convocation was graced by distinguished Chief Guests. Shri Savjibhai Dholakia, Padma Shri Awardee and Founder & Chairman of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd., inaugurated the first day, honouring students from MBA (Entrepreneurship & Family Business), MBA (Entrepreneurship), MBA (Real Estate Management), and BBA (Entrepreneurship & Family Business). The second day was presided over by Mr. Ramesh Nair, MD & CEO of Mindspace Business Parks REIT, as the Chief Guest for graduates of the BBA (Management and Marketing) program. Across both days, the conferral of degrees symbolises not only academic achievements but also the graduates’ readiness to take on leadership roles across their family businesses, new ventures, real estate sector, consulting, and marketing.
