These awards celebrated the spirit of innovation, originality, and societal relevance, reflecting the core objectives of ICNGT-2025 to promote research that drives sustainable growth across fields like pharmacy, engineering, agriculture, and textile.
The valedictory session of ICNGT-2025 marked the successful conclusion of the two-day international conference, bringing together diverse academic and industrial minds under one roof. Chief Guest Dr. Vandana Patravale (Professor, ICT Mumbai) graced the occasion alongside Dr. Sunita Patil (Director, SVKM’S NMIMS, Shirpur Campus). Dr. G. L. Gupta (Convener, Scientific Committee) presented the conference report, highlighting an overwhelming response with over 270 registrations and a total of 160 research presentations, comprising 28 oral and 67 poster presentations on Day 1, and 26 oral and 36 poster presentations on Day 2, amounting to 54 oral and 103 poster presentations across eight interdisciplinary tracks.
A notable feature of this year’s conference was the full-length manuscript submission initiative, offering researchers a publication opportunity alongside oral presentations of high academic quality. The review process followed a rigorous double-blind format, including plagiarism and AI checks, ensuring integrity and leading to a high rejection rate. The selected manuscripts will be submitted to Taylor & Francis for Scopus indexing. In his valedictory address, Dr. S. S. Pancholi emphasized that collaborative research is the need of the hour, appreciating how the conference successfully unified pharmacy, engineering, agriculture, and textiles onto a single platform. Mrs. Preeti Sangave, along with the coordinators and convener of the Scientific Committee, announced the best paper awards. The smooth and engaging flow of the two-day event was ensured through anchoring by Mrs. Preeti Sangave and Mrs. Sonia Relan, whose efforts added grace and professionalism to the proceedings.
The conference was concluded with vote of thanks by Dr Amit Page with heartfelt gratitude expressed to Chancellor and President SVKM, Shri Amrishbhai R. Patel, Vice Chancellor NMIMS University, Dr. Ramesh Bhat, Shri Rajgopal Bhandari (Mentor, Mukesh Patel Technology Park and Member, Managing Committee, SVKM’s NMIMS), Mrs. Rita Patel (In-charge, MPTP Shirpur Campus), Dr. Sunita R. Patil (Director, MPTP Shirpur Campus), and Dr. Shyam Sunder Pancholi (Associate Dean, SPTM, Shirpur) for their visionary leadership and constant guidance. Special thanks were extended to Mr. Shivaji Gaikwad (Administrative Officer) and his team for excellent logistical support, Mr. Abhay Kumar (IT Admin) and the IT team for technical coordination, the sponsors, and all members of the organizing committee. The participants also provided valuable feedback and appreciated the overall quality, structure, and interdisciplinary approach of the conference, further affirming its academic and professional impact.
