NMIMS Hyderabad conducted its 12th convocation on 29th April, 2023 which was presided by Shri. Amit Sheth, Nominee of the Hon’ble Chancellor, SVKM NMIMS, and Mentor NMIMS Hyderabad. The Convocation was headed by Vice-Chancellor Dr. Ramesh Bhat and the Campus Director, Dr. Siddhartha Ghosh and Incharge Registrar, NMIMS Dr. Ashish Daptardar were present for the occasion. Shri. Arun Kumar Tiwari, Senior Director, ServiceNow was the Chief Guest for the Occasion. The Vice Chancellor, Dr. Ramesh Bhat delivered the Welcome address. Dr. Siddhartha Ghosh, Campus Director presented a review of School of Business Management, Hyderabad. Shri. Arun Kumar Tiwari, Senior Director ServicesNow, gave the Convocation Address.
196 students of MBA Batch of 2021-23 and 10 students of PGDM Executive successfully completed their academic requirements and were conferred the degree of Master of Business Administration and Post-Graduate Diploma in Management respectively by the Nominee of the Chancellor Shri. Amit Sheth. Certificate of Recognition were awarded to 22 top meritorious students. The top 3 students of the batch were awarded the Medals by the Chief Guest Shri. Arun Kumar Tiwari. Mr. Ganapathy Ramaswamy secured the first rank, Ms. Kanika Dhingra secured the second rank and Ms. Chauhan Sushmita secured the third rank.
The graduating batch 0f 2023 had an excellent blend of Gender and Academic diversity. Nearly 65 percent of the batch comprised of female students, a history in itself in a scenario where many top business schools have failed to achieve. The Final Placement process for the MBA Class of 2023 was a great success with 100% placement.
