NMIMS has received international recognition as its We Care: Civic Engagement Internship secured 4th place globally at the Triple E Global Awards in Prague. Competing with over 40 top universities worldwide in the Societal Engagement Project category, this honour underscores NMIMS’s commitment to social responsibility, innovation, and student-driven impact.
Celebrating Global Recognition
The achievement highlights the efforts of NMIMS students, faculty mentors, staff, and partner organizations. Through real-world projects, participants address pressing social issues such as education, gender equality, poverty, energy conservation, skill development, and financial inclusion—aligned with multiple Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The three-week We Care Internship, part of the NMIMS School of Business Management (SBM) MBA program, places students at NGOs, social enterprises, government bodies, and CSR departments across India. Students spend 7–8 hours daily on fieldwork, applying management principles to propose innovative, socially impactful solutions.
