Indore, September 2026: The Indore Campus of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) celebrated its Degree Distribution Ceremony 2026, marking an important milestone for 340 graduating students from the School of Commerce, School of Law, and School of Technology, Management and Engineering.
The ceremony was graced by Padma Shri Paresh Rawal, Actor & Producer, Chairperson, National School of Drama and Former Member of Parliament, as the Chief Guest, and Shri Bhupesh R. Patel, Joint President, SVKM, as the Guest of Honour.
Addressing the graduating students, Paresh Rawal shared reflections from his distinguished journey across theatre and cinema, offering perspectives drawn from his years of professional experience. He also interacted with students during an engaging session, responding to their questions with his characteristic sincerity, wisdom and humour. His interaction encouraged students to approach their professional journeys with curiosity, resilience and a willingness to learn.
The Degree Distribution Ceremony also recognised academic, sporting and institutional excellence, celebrating the achievements and contributions of students, faculty and staff who have contributed to the growth of the NMIMS Indore community.
Diksha Tripathi, from the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme, School of Law, secured the 1st Rank, while Naina Singhal, from the BBA programme, School of Commerce, secured the 2nd Rank among students across NMIMS.
Their achievements were recognised as a reflection of their dedication, perseverance and commitment to academic excellence, setting an inspiring benchmark for their peers.
The ceremony brought together graduating students, faculty members, staff and distinguished guests to celebrate the culmination of the students’ academic journey.
