SVKM’s NMIMS MPSTME Strengthens Global Academic Engagement Through International Faculty Exchange

Mumbai, October XX, 2026: SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Deemed-to-be University, continues to strengthen its global academic engagement through meaningful interactions with international academicians and institutions. As part of this endeavour, Dr. Arjan Kozica, ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, Germany, visited the Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering (MPSTME), NMIMS, offering an international perspective on the school’s academic environment and learning culture.

During his engagement at NMIMS MPSTME, Dr. Kozica interacted with students and faculty members, gaining insights into the school’s dynamic academic ecosystem. His interactions provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on education, learning, technology, management, and the evolving needs of students in a globally connected world.

The academic exchange highlighted the value of bringing together perspectives from different educational systems and cultural contexts. Interactions between international academicians and students not only broaden students’ understanding of global academic practices but also encourage them to explore diverse viewpoints, collaborative approaches, and opportunities beyond geographical boundaries.

Such international engagements are an integral part of NMIMS MPSTME’s efforts to create a globally oriented learning environment. Exposure to international faculty and academic experts enables students to engage with new ideas, understand global developments, and develop the cross-cultural competencies required to thrive in an increasingly interconnected professional landscape.

Dr. Kozica’s engagement also reinforced the importance of academic collaboration between institutions across countries. Such exchanges create opportunities for knowledge sharing, faculty interaction, student engagement, and potential avenues for future international collaboration.

The experience at NMIMS MPSTME reflects the University’s continued commitment to fostering global learning, international academic exchange, and cross-border collaboration, while preparing students to approach contemporary challenges with a broader and more inclusive perspective.
