SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Indore, through its School of Technology Management & Engineering (STME), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vibe6 Digital LLP to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in emerging technologies.
The Centre of Excellence will focus on key domains including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), and Web3, with the aim of fostering innovation, research, and industry-relevant skill development.
The collaboration is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing students with practical exposure and experiential learning opportunities. Students of STME, NMIMS Indore will benefit from workshops, hackathons, certification programs, internships, live projects, and industry-oriented training aligned with evolving technological trends.
As part of the initiative, Blockchain and IoT innovation labs will be established to support hands-on learning and research in advanced technology areas. The partnership will also facilitate mentorship, placement readiness, and exposure to real-world industry practices.
The MoU signing was formalised in the presence of Dr. Meena Chintamaneni, Acting Vice Chancellor & PVC, NMIMS; Dr. Anshuman Jaswal, Director, NMIMS Indore Campus; Mr. Arvind Banthia, Trustee (Mentor), NMIMS Indore; Dr. Vikas Khare, Associate Dean, STME, NMIMS, marking a significant step towards strengthening industry-academia engagement at NMIMS Indore.
