SVKM’s NMIMS Indore, through its School of Commerce, successfully organised UDYAM – an Inter-School Business Fest. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 150 school students representing leading schools across Indore, offering them early exposure to business thinking and entrepreneurship.
Experiential Learning Through Business Simulations
Designed as a strong experiential learning platform, UDYAM 2025 featured three engaging competitions — Marketing Mania, Shark Tank Junior, and NMPL Auction. These events encouraged students to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and apply theoretical business concepts to real-world challenges, fostering entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills.
Esteemed Dignitaries Grace the Inaugural Ceremony
The fest was formally inaugurated by Dr. Anshuman Jaswal, Director, NMIMS Indore, Dr. Rajeev Srivastava, Associate Dean, School of Commerce, along with the Chief Guest, Mr. Shrikant Singh, a noted restaurateur. The dignitaries emphasized the importance of early exposure to entrepreneurship, innovation, and hands-on learning in shaping future-ready leaders.
Recognising Excellence and Participation
Adding to the excitement of the fest, Emerald Heights International School was awarded the Best School Award, while St. Laurels International School received the Best Delegation Award, acknowledging their outstanding performance and enthusiastic participation.
