SVKM’s NMIMS MPSTME Equips Future Chip Designers Through International EDA Design Flow Integration Certification Programme

Mumbai, July XX, 2026: SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Deemed-to-be University, continues to strengthen its commitment to globally aligned engineering education through an intensive five-day EDA (Electronic Design Automation) Design Flow Integration Certification Programme conducted for B.Tech Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (EXTC) students at the Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering (MPSTME).

The certification programme was led by Dr. Po Ming Lee, Professor at the Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST), Taiwan, an internationally recognised expert in semiconductor and integrated circuit (IC) design.

During the programme, students received hands-on training across the complete Electronic Design Automation (EDA) design flow, gaining practical exposure to schematic design, circuit simulation, synthesis, and integrated circuit (IC) design constraints essential for modern chip manufacturing. The sessions provided participants with valuable insights into industry practices and emerging technologies that are shaping the global semiconductor ecosystem.

The programme combined theoretical learning with practical applications, enabling students to develop a deeper understanding of semiconductor design methodologies while enhancing their technical problem-solving skills.
